BIBLE ADVICE OF THE DAY 3
My bible advice of the day is how to talk to God. Take the most intriguing part of the text in the bible you’re reading and write a long form answer to it. Make it long and relaxed and don’t worry about making mistakes or errors, that’s what I do anyway. Write what you think and keep God in the Supreme position. Once you do that multiple times you’ll understand a lot about God and how and why He speaks as he does as well as when. Why didn’t God speak as much in the Book of Esther as he did in the book of Amos. He knew that Esther as an individual was going to resolve things whereas he was frustrated with Israel by the time you get to the book of Amos, and angry, he ROARED. The different contexts of captivity, potential war, and the last state that Israel is often in, disobedience, cause God to have a different approach. Esther was God’s plan all along.
When God is angry He tends to tell you about it, when He has a plan in the bible he tends to let it unfold. When God is angry he rebukes many when Israel is disobedient through his prophets. When there is a plot rising against his people he lets his plans unfold. The prophets often stand in the gap and ask for mercy on behalf of God’s chosen people. You would be mad as well, trust me, but the bible says in your anger do not sin. I don’t focus on such verses and I’m a free spirit but it is there in the bible. I prefer verses about freedom, and I’m someone who values freedom in speech, freedom in interpretation, freedom on God where freedom is abundant, freedom in laughter freedom in just all things.

I have highlighted the most intriguing parts to me. This is one of Paul’s letters to the church in Corinth
GOD’S VERBS
1 Corinthians 19:
I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, I will frustrate the intelligence of the intelligent.
First of all, following on from my prior point God makes a distinction between wisdom and intelligence. Meaning there’s also a huge difference between wisdom and science, OR you could read these as synonymous phrases where God is reiterating and wisdom and intelligence are used interchangeably.
They sound different to me in prose so I take the former stance, there’s a difference. Wisdom is highly cherished as a spirit blessed by the Holy Spirit. I’ve never heard of a spirit of intelligence that seems to be to do with having a brilliant mind, like mine.
God makes foolish the wisdom of the world and the chapter goes onto say this, but why, because it’s foolish to think that there’s no God of the Bible specifically you end up believing in things like sand and just random stuff technology and fighting over resources being a good idea. That need to have a God is filled by something in each person, even if it’s the self. There’s no wisdom in a lot of new age practices, they don’t work or they’re destructive. You guys should pray that you remove yourself from them. Gandhi was not wise God made him foolish.
THE SPECIFICS OF THE WORLD’S WISDOM BEING FOOLISH
I don’t find healthcare foolish meaning it must be under God’s wisdom. Either that or it’s just a science. The foolishness that God is talking about that opposes wisdom are the new age practices, bad advice, wrong thinking etc.
What I think the actual answer is is that healthcare is a science. Not wisdom. Healthcare isn’t that mentioned in the bible as wisdom, wisdom is more so counsel and advice like this.
Life is made up of several faucets; Banking, Healthcare, Relationships, Social Media, none of these I find to be “wise”. I believe and know that you can use any of these things wisely. The banking system the world finds wise it is foolish. I’m going to slot in the answers within this verse “Has God not made foolish the wisdom of the world”. The world calls it’s gurus wise they are foolish and kind of know it. You can keep exchanging different words by the way into God’s thoughts as in the real life equivalents to find out what God thinks if it’s not already plain from his tone and attitude towards things.

Who else in the world think they are wise the technocrats. They are constantly frustrated and godless about their thinking. Forbes Magazine, Times 100.
